I am a BIG shopaholic! I remember when I first came here, the most struggling days for me where to find the stores that I can't really live without. Every year University of Windsor gets a lot of International student who are new movers to windsor and many are even shopaholics like me! So I just thought of creating a lil list for all you guys that I have discovered in this 1 year, to help you STOP & SHOP !

Just an FYI : Generally the factory outlets and stores in the outlets are cheaper as compared to stores in the malls :)

Windsor Crossing is a place near St. Clair college which has many factory outlet stores. The price is comparatively cheaper than the mall here. It has stores like Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Roots, Coach, GAP etc.

On walker road, there a lot of electronic stores like best buy, future shop etc. There are stores like Costco(multi-purpose), National Sports(sports store), Homesense(home decor),Michaels(art & craft) etc in this area.

    Nearby option in U.S.

As all of you know Michigan has more shopping malls and options then Windsor. But I want you to know that first you need a U.S. visa to cross the border and enter States.Second, purchase under 150-175$ U.S. is allowed without the need of paying any extra taxes re-entering Windsor, Canada.

    4. Somerset Mall
